My name is Lillian Jones and I teach 7th grade English as well as sponsoring the Merkel Middle School Student Council. I graduated from McMurry University and have taught middle school English for 11 years. In my English class we will be working hard all year on grammar, spelling, writing, and literature, as well as preparing for the TAKS writing test on Tuesday, March 3rd, 2009.
